A destination wedding is more than a single day. It is the arrival, the welcome dinner, the friends who flew in from three continents, the light over the sea on the morning of the ceremony. As a destination wedding videographer we plan for that: we arrive early, we get to know the venue and the light, and we film the days around your wedding – not just the eight hours in the middle.
Our approach is documentary and deliberately unobtrusive. There are no staged group shots on a schedule and no direction shouted across a courtyard. We move quietly, we listen, and we record what actually happens – your grandmother's face during the vows, the toast that goes off-script, the last dance nobody wanted to end. The result is a film that feels like the day itself rather than a highlight reel of poses.
Everything is recorded with professional wireless microphones, so your vows and speeches are as clear in the film as they were in the room. Where the location and permits allow, drone footage places your wedding in its landscape – the cliffs, the vineyard, the old town at golden hour.

Discovery call
We start with a relaxed video call, wherever you are. You tell us about the venue, the guest list and the moments that matter most to you – and we tell you honestly what is realistic on the day.
Travel & timeline
We quote travel and accommodation as one transparent flat fee – no surprise invoices afterwards. We usually fly in the day before to scout the venue and stay the night after the celebration.
Your wedding day
We work alongside your planner and photographer, keep out of your guests' way and stay close to the moments that matter – from getting ready to the last song of the night.
Delivery
A short teaser follows soon after the wedding so you can share something straight away. Your full film arrives within nine weeks, in a private online gallery you can download and keep.

Destination weddings – your questions
Do you travel internationally for destination weddings?
Yes. We are based in Germany and travel across Europe – most often to Italy, France, Spain, Greece, Portugal, Austria and Switzerland – and worldwide on request. Travel and accommodation are quoted transparently as a flat fee with your package.
How much does a destination wedding videographer cost?
Wedding films start at €1,900 for up to 8 hours of coverage. Most couples marrying abroad choose the Platinum collection at €2,900, which includes a 30-minute wedding film, teaser and highlight trailer. Travel costs are added as a transparent flat fee.
Do you also photograph the wedding?
Yes. Photography and film come from the same team, which means one point of contact and a calmer day for you. Booking photo and film together saves 5 % on the total price.
How many days before the wedding do you arrive?
For destination weddings we usually arrive at least one day before the wedding to scout the venue and the light, and we stay the night after the celebration. This is included in the travel flat fee.
When will we receive our wedding film?
A teaser follows shortly after the wedding, and the finished film is delivered within nine weeks. Express delivery within 14 days is available for €600.
