A château outside Paris, a sweeping stone staircase and a ceremony under blossoms in the park.
Château de Lésigny sits half an hour east of Paris – brick, pale stone and rooms the light travels through all day. Yalda and Soren added red, white and a great deal of calm.

The morning belonged to the quiet things: the dress against a painted wall, the cufflinks on the parquet, one last look in the mirror. In the afternoon the outdoor ceremony in the park, in the evening the sweeping stone staircase where the train simply took the lead. We travel gladly for weddings abroad – we arrive the day before and know the house before the first guest does.
